International Journal of Legal, Economic, and Social sciences Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

International Journal of Legal, Economic, and Social sciences Journal is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source.

International Journal of Legal, Economic, and Social sciences Journal operates unders the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence CC-BY. This allows others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the authors for the original creation. All authors publishing in International Journal of Legal, Economic, and Social sciences Journal accept these as the terms of publication.

تُتيح المجلة الدولية للعلوم القانونية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية الوصول المفتوح الفوري إلى محتواها انطلاقًا من مبدأ أن إتاحة الأبحاث مجانًا للجمهور تُسهم في تعزيز التبادل المعرفي العالمي.

المجلة الدولية للعلوم القانونية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية هي مجلة مفتوحة الوصول، ما يعني أن جميع محتوياتها متاحة مجانًا دون أي رسوم على المستخدم أو مؤسسته. يُسمح للمستخدمين بقراءة النصوص الكاملة للمقالات وتنزيلها ونسخها وتوزيعها وطباعتها والبحث فيها والربط بها، أو استخدامها لأي غرض قانوني آخر، دون الحاجة إلى الحصول على إذن مسبق من الناشر أو المؤلف، شريطة ذكر المصدر.
