Résumé

Le Maroc a progressivement renforcé son cadre juridique en matière de protection de l’environnement et de développement durable. Toutefois, l’intégration du principe de précaution dans les pratiques des entreprises demeure limitée, malgré son importance pour l’anticipation des risques environnementaux. Cet article analyse la consécration de ce principe en droit marocain et son articulation avec la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE). Il met en évidence les limites de son application et propose de renforcer son intégration dans les pratiques des entreprises afin de favoriser une gestion anticipative et responsable des risques environnementaux.

Abstract

Morocco has progressively strengthened its legal framework for environmental protection and sustainable development. However, the integration of the precautionary principle into corporate practices remains limited, despite its importance in anticipating environmental risks. This article examines the recognition of this principle in Moroccan law and its relationship with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It highlights the current limitations of its implementation and proposes strengthening its integration into corporate practices in order to promote proactive and responsible environmental risk management.
