Résumé
Dans un contexte mondial marqué par l’instabilité, la sécurité et la migration apparaissent comme deux enjeux indissociables. Le Maroc, fort d’une diplomatie proactive portée par les discours royaux, s’impose comme un acteur clé de la stabilité régionale sur la façade atlantique africaine. Son engagement vise à renforcer un cadre plus inclusif pour les migrants, à travers une transition vers leur intégration sociale. En cohérence avec l’Agenda 2063, le Royaume mise sur la jeunesse, la paix et le développement pour réduire les causes profondes de l’instabilité. Cette vision solidaire place les intérêts des citoyens africains au cœur des priorités sécuritaires.

Abstract
In a global context marked by instability, security and migration have become closely intertwined challenges. Morocco, through a proactive diplomacy driven by royal discourse, has positioned itself as a key actor in promoting regional stability along the African Atlantic coast. Its commitment aims to foster a more inclusive framework for migrants, shifting toward their social integration. In line with the African Union’s Agenda 2063, Morocco prioritizes youth, peace, and development to address the root causes of instability. This inclusive vision places the interests of African citizens at the core of its security approach.
