Résumé
La mondialisation des échanges commerciaux a favorisé l’émergence de procédures d’insolvabilité comportant des éléments transfrontalières . la loi n°73-17 a instauré un cadre juridique spécifique visant a organisé la reconnaissance des procédures étrangères , leurs effets ainsi que la coopération et la coordination entre les juridictions. Cet article analyse la portée de ces procédures en droit marocain, en mettant en évidence leurs conditions d’application, leurs principaux mécanismes ainsi que les limites susceptibles d’en affecter l’efficacité .

Abstract
The globalization of commercial activities has led to the emergence of insolvency proceedings involving cross-border elements. Law No. 73-17 has established a specific legal framework governing the recognition of foreign proceedings, their effects, as well as judicial cooperation and coordination between courts. This article examines the scope of cross-border proceedings under Moroccan law, focusing on their conditions of application, their main mechanisms, and the limitations that may affect their effectiveness.
