Résumé
L'article examine l'impact croissant de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) sur le secteur professionnel. Selon la définition énoncée dans l'article 3 du règlement de l'UE sur l'IA, il souligne que les systèmes d'IA, possédant une autonomie et une capacité d'adaptation, transforment tous les domaines en reproduisant certaines activités humaines. Cette évolution soulève des interrogations essentielles sur l'avenir des métiers, notamment l'amélioration des compétences, l'émergence de nouveaux profils professionnels et la réévaluation des rôles humains. L'intelligence artificielle se définit donc comme un outil d'aide et une possible substitution à l'être humain. L'article prône une réflexion prospective sur les mesures à prendre pour garantir une transition technologique contrôlée et inclusive.

Abstract
The article examines the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the professional sector. According to the definition set out in Article 3 of the EU AI Regulation, it highlights that AI systems, with their autonomy and adaptability, are transforming all fields by replicating certain human activities. This evolution raises essential questions about the future of work, including the enhancement of skills, the emergence of new professional profiles, and the reassessment of human roles. Artificial intelligence is thus defined as both a support tool and a potential substitute for human beings. The article advocates for forward-looking reflection on the measures needed to ensure a controlled and inclusive technological transition.
