الملخص
يتحقق نجاح ورش العدالة الرقمية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المنازعات الرقمية بالمغرب عبر معادلة ثلاثية الأبعاد؛ تُشكل التوعية القانونية والتقنية ركيزتها الأولى لتيسير الولوج إلى القضاء الرقمي، بينما يُمثل إقبال المتقاضين المحرك العملي والموجه للتدخل التشريعي، بهدف صياغة قواعد نصوص مرنة تستوعب خصوصيات الأنظمة الذكية، مما يضمن في النهاية تخفيف الأعباء الإجرائية وتحقيق النجاعة القضائية داخل أجل معقول.
Abstract
The success of Morocco's digital justice initiative and the integration of artificial intelligence into digital dispute resolution hinges on a three-dimensional framework: raising legal and technical awareness serves as its foundational pillar to facilitate access to digital justice, while growing litigant engagement acts as the practical catalyst guiding legislative intervention to draft flexible legal norms capable of accommodating smart systems, ultimately ensuring streamlined procedures and the delivery of efficient justice within a reasonable timeframe.
