الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الرقمنة ودورها في إصلاح وتحسين الخدمات الضريبية، لكون الإدارة الضريبية من أهم الإدارات التي انخرطت في المسار الذي أطلقه المغرب حول الرقمنة وإصلاح الإدارة العمومية، ونظرا لخصوصية الإدارة الضريبية من حيث مرتفقيها قد فرض نوعا من التطور في تقديم خدماتها لكونه وسيلة فعالة في تطور النظام الضريبي بهدف تسهيل المعاملات بين الخاضعين للضريبة والإدارة.
Abstract
This study examines the subject of digitalization and its role in reforming and improving tax services. The tax administration is among the key public entities involved in the initiative launched by Morocco regarding digitalization and the reform of public administration. Given the unique nature of the tax administration—particularly concerning the individuals and entities it serves—there has been a necessary evolution in how its services are delivered; this development serves as an effective means of advancing the tax system, with the ultimate goal of facilitating interactions between taxpayers and the administration.
