الملخص

تتناول هذه الدراسة المقتضيات القانونية المؤطرة لمصلحة طب الشغل من خلال مدونة الشغل، مع إبراز التطور التاريخي لطب الشغل، كما يسلط الضوء هذا المقال على أهم المهام الوقائية و الاستشارية التي يضطلع بها طبيب الشغل، و المتمثلة أساسا في رصد المخاطر المهنية التي قد يتعرض لها الأجراء و الوقاية منها، لنخلص إلى أن فعالية هذه المصالح تعترضها العديد من الصعوبات سواء على المستوى التشريعي أو العملي.

Abstract

This study addresses the legal provisions governing occupational medicine departments under the Labor Code, while highlighting the historical development of occupational medicine. The article also sheds light on the most important preventive and advisory functions carried out by the occupational physician, consisting mainly of monitoring and preventing the occupational risks that employees may be exposed to. We conclude that the effectiveness of these departments is hindered by numerous difficulties, both at the legislative and practical levels.
