الملخص
يعالج هذا المقال موضوع القانون الإداري من خلال مقاربة تجمع بين التأصيل الفقهي والتحيين التشريعي المغربي؛ حيث يستعرض تعريف هذا القانون، خصائصه، أسسه، ومصادره، بالإضافة إلى طبيعة علاقته بفروع القانون الأخرى. كما يسلط الضوء على توجه المشرع المغربي الحديث في الحسم في مسألة ازدواجية القضاء والقانون عبر تبني مبدأ وحدة القضاء والقضاء المتخصص. وبالتالي فالمقال يمثل دليلاً معرفياً موجهاً لطلبة سلكي الإجازة والماستر والباحثين في الحقل القانوني للتعرف على هذا التخصص عن كثب.

Abstract
This article examines the subject of administrative law through an approach that combines doctrinal grounding with recent Moroccan legislative updates. It elucidates the definition, characteristics, foundations, and sources of administrative law, as well as its nature and relationship with other legal branches. Furthermore, it highlights the modern approach of the Moroccan legislator in resolving the issue of the duality of the judiciary and the law by adopting the principle of the unity of the judiciary alongside judicial specialization. Consequently, this paper serves as an academic guide directed at undergraduate (LL.B.) and postgraduate (LL.M.) students, as well as legal researchers seeking a closer understanding of this domain.
