Abstract

This study examines the organisational determinants of knowledge-sharing behaviour within Moroccan sports federations. Using a quantitative approach, data from 212 employees and administrators were analysed through structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings reveal that organisational support has a significant positive effect on knowledge-sharing behaviour, while organisational culture, leadership, ICT, organisational structure, and rewards show no significant direct effects. The proposed model explains 34% of the variance in knowledge-sharing behaviour. These results emphasise the central role of organisational support in fostering voluntary knowledge exchange within sports organisations. The study contributes to the limited literature on knowledge sharing in the sports industry by providing empirical evidence from Moroccan sports federations and highlights the importance of strengthening organisational support, trust, and psychological safety
